It is a small, two-story villa located on a large estate with a park of centuries-old trees at the foot of the mountains.<br>It is part of the oldest settlement in Erba Alta, in a hilly area that offers particularly scenic views and stays cool in the summer. It is 50 minutes from Milan and 20 minutes from Lake Como. It is an ideal place to stay surrounded by nature, in complete tranquility, not far from many cities of art: Como and its splendid lake, Bergamo, and Milan. The spacious garden, available for guests’ use, is particularly well-suited for families with children, even for longer vacation stays. The villa has 4 bedrooms (sleeping a total of 6 people) and two bathrooms on the first floor. On the first floor, there is an entrance hall with a staircase, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room opening onto the garden, a small dining room/study, a laundry room with a boiler, an outdoor porch, and a parking area for 2–3 cars.
