'Absolutely phenomenal property. There is a lot to do from fishing and kayaking to pottery and cultural programs. The staff too was exceptional. I regret not getting staff members names as they were very thoughtful and helpful. Highly recommend spending a few days at this resort.'

'We enjoyed Backwater Resort very much. We stayed 1 evening before an overnight houseboat trip. We enjoyed the resort so much we returned for another day just relaxing. The staff are all super accommodating and everyone greets you in passing. 5 star service. The rooms are done very well with real wood furnishing. It is isolated from the city but so quiet and relaxing. Finally, great lake views.'

'Zuri's outside property is nice with gardens and man made lagoon (as you see in pics) but that'it. Further nothing else which impresses you. This is certainly not a 5 star property. Please do not pay 5* price for the same. The hotel is quite old and you see it everywhere, be it your room furniture, bathroom or even the hotels all day dining restaurant.
