This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The beautiful San Giuliano beach is just 600 meters far from the lodge, walking in 6 minutes.

As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay, cooking equipment, very confortable sofas. The lodge has a private and large terrace as solarium with big umbrella, 2 barbecues, enough place under the tree to enjoy the dinner or the lunch.
The kitchen has: fridge, hob, electric oven, kettle, freezer microwave oven, washingmachine.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a flat screen television and internet access.

There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a double bed.
There is one bathroom, which has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Easy to park the car just in front the entrance. Supermarket are close the lodge.

- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is allowed out of house.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property, with preview agreement (we have a dog and a cat)

Essendo un appartamento con angolo cottura, troverai tutto il necessario per un soggiorno perfetto, attrezzatura da cucina, divani molto confortevoli. Il lodge dispone di una terrazza privata e ampia come solarium con grande ombrellone, 2 barbecue, abbastanza posto sotto l'albero per godersi la cena o il pranzo.
La cucina dispone di: frigorifero, piano cottura, forno elettrico, bollitore, forno microonde freezer, lavatrice.
L'appartamento è un luogo perfetto per rilassarsi e offre un televisore a schermo piatto e accesso a Internet.

C'è una camera da letto in questo appartamento che contiene un letto matrimoniale.
C'è un bagno con wc, lavabo e cabina doccia.
Lenzuola e asciugamani sono inclusi per rendere il vostro soggiorno più piacevole. Facile parcheggiare l'auto proprio di fronte all'ingresso. I supermercati sono vicini al lodge.

- Gli animali sono ammessi presso la struttura, previo accordo preventivo (abbiamo un cane e un gatto)
