Located in a quiet residential neighborhood, this 4-bedroom, 2.5-bath home comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests and combines the comfort of a true home-away-from-home with the amenities that make a getaway memorable. Spread out across three levels, enjoy multiple gathering spaces, a finished basement game room, a dedicated workspace, and plenty of room for everyone to settle in.



Outside, the large covered deck creates another living space of its own. Fire up the Blackstone, enjoy dinner outdoors, or unwind in the private hot tub after a full day exploring Northern Kentucky and Cincinnati.

• 2 vehicles may park in the garage

• 1 vehicle may park in the driveway

• Please do not bring more than 3 vehicles

• Fireplace is decorative and not available for guest use

• Washer and dryer available for guests

• Home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood — please be respectful of surrounding neighbors



Exterior Security Cameras



For property security, there are 2 exterior cameras:

• Camera #1: Located on the exterior of the garage and monitors the walkway into the home, driveway, and a portion of the street

• Camera #2: Located at the exterior back door and monitors the walkway to the back entrance, a portion of the yard, and a portion of the deck



There are no interior security cameras and no noise-monitoring device.
