Welcome to this house for 10 people in Erquy! Completely renovated, it awaits you for a rejuvenating stay. Located in a peaceful setting whilst being close to the town of Erquy and the beach, you will be able to enjoy the region in complete tranquillity.

The outdoor space of the house is ideal for taking time to savour a delicious breakfast, relaxing whilst reading a good book or preparing and enjoying delicious barbecues.

The table tennis and table football will delight the little ones but also the older ones for moments of relaxation with family or friends.

Inside, the atmosphere is soothing with light colours. You will enjoy sitting around good meals, relaxing on the sofa in front of a film on the television or sharing a convivial moment in the well-equipped kitchen (gas hob, refrigerator, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and citrus press).

Once night falls, you will be able to rest in one of the 4 bedrooms in the house. The first three bedrooms are equipped with a double bed, whilst the last one is reserved for children with its bunk bed. Then you will find a double sofa bed to snuggle into in the lounge.

To make your stay even more pleasant, the house also has a washing machine and three parking spaces.
