Overlooking the sea, it comprises a spacious 75 m² living room and fitted kitchen. Separate WC on the ground floor. 4 bedrooms (+ ground-floor studio with kitchen from 20/04/26), 3 bathrooms. 1 study with sofa bed. Enjoy the 27,000 m² garden with heated swimming pool and jacuzzi. The accommodation comprises
- A 75 m² living room with connected TV, fireplace and wood burner (wood to be split on site!)
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, etc.
- a separate WC
- On the 1st level: a master suite with a beautiful bedroom (16 m²) equipped with a queen-size bed and private bathroom (with shower and bath + WC).
- 2nd floor:
2 bedrooms with double beds (140)
1 bedroom with queen-size bed
2 shower rooms with WC
1 office with sofa bed
- On level 0, from 1/5/2026, 1 studio for 2 people with separate entrance and comfortable sofa bed for 2 (studio with its own shower room, kitchen...).

For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: washing machine, tumble dryer, fan, ironing board and iron.

Outside:
- A terrace, a 27,000 m² garden with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
- A private heated swimming pool, open from 1 May to 30 September (opening dates non-contractual and subject to change)
- A private jacuzzi, open all year round.
- A bicycle shed is available.
- The garden is shared with the studio (Note: recent work has made the lawn inaccessible in places).

The villa is ideally located in Erquy, in a very pleasant, peaceful setting facing the sea. All the essential shops, boutiques, restaurants, bars and markets are close by.

Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park directly on the property, in the car park with space for 4 vehicles.

- The opening dates of the swimming pool and jacuzzi are non-contractual and subject to change by the local accommodation manager.
- Pets are not allowed in the accommodation
- Cleaning is included in the rental price and 4* hotel quality linen is provided (sheets, towels, tea towels). Your bed will be prepared on arrival.
- Before 1/5/2026, the "Villa Marine" can be rented "on request" at the same time as the ground floor studio, "Studio Marin", and can therefore accommodate 10 travellers. Please contact our traveller relations department.
- From 1/5/2026, the studio is included in the rental of the villa.
