'Very nice house! Extremely accommodating and responded immediately to any concerns or questions that we had. One "negative" thing I can say is that, the streets are really narrow and a lot of people park their cars on the street so you have to use extra caution when driving to and from the house. 'Really enjoyed our stay. Could use a few updates and minor repairs. Some areas required a little cleaning (trash from previous tenant and box of worms in frig./pity we didn't do any fishing!) but we took care of that upon arrival. Plenty of room for us to spread out. Kids stayed in the pool! Enjoyed the view! We would go back!'

'This house was a short 5-7 minute drive to LSU where we had to move our son in for college this weekend. We appreciated having a washer & dryer to launder some items we got for him in Baton Rouge since we flew in from out of state. The decor is inviting and pretty. The owners welcomed us with a friendly message and checked in to make sure everything was to our liking when we arrived. Very nice touch!'

'Property was awesome!! Great location extremely clean and fully equipped! We stayed 8 days as we move our baby into LSU .. so convenient. I even had amazon items delivered to the property and left on the porch! No porch thieves.
