"Hotel staff was very friendly, accommodating, and responsive. The rooms were pretty basic which was fine. It would have been helpful to have a shelf in the shower for shampoo, etc. the bathroom should also have a towel rack. Breakfast was included with our stay and very nice. Our rooms had fans to provide air movement but it was still hot and stuffy in June. Overall I was satisfied with our stay. "

"Great location! Place is small but nice. Got a room on the top floor and the view is great. Plenty of good restaurants and pubs nearby. Victoria Station and Victoria Coach Station are a 10 minute walk. Staff are friendly and knowledgeable. When you step out of the front door you immediately know that you are in London. No elevator but I was traveling with just one small bag. "

"We had an amazing stay at the hotel for 2 nights. We had the family room which was great for travel with children as the master bedroom and 2nd bedroom (2 single beds) were separate from eachother. "I loved the old artistic decoration and flowers growing in backyard. The Pub served great food. Staff were exceptionally friendly and nice hospitality. What i did not realize I was too old for carrying my luggage on narrow steps; going out of room to bathroom or showering. I am done with college dorm lifestyle for my own safety of a possible fall downwards with my big feet on narrow steps. Sorry!"
