'If you are looking for a nice room this is the place. But if you are expecting some basic service and hospitality (according to the price) forget it. Reception is mostly closed. And there was no one to attend for check-out. It was a mess and got treated very unprofessionally. We were scolded on WhatsApp for wanting to leave our luggage for a couple of hours before flying off.'

'Our stay at Santa Bárbara Hotel was fantastic. The location in the heart of Altea’s Historic Center is perfect — everything is walkable, from restaurants to bars. The view from our room was stunning and made the experience unforgettable. The staff is genuinely friendly, and Madara welcomed us warmly with great recommendations — the communication throughout our stay was excellent. Be mindful that the hotel doesn’t offer parking since the area is fully pedestrian, but it was totally worth it for...

'Top'

We komen zeker terug.'

'Prima kamer.

'The staff were great and the hotel was very clean, the hotel is in a great location and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. If you want nightlife then you simply walk outside the front door and there are plenty of bars to enjoy. This was my first time in Benidorm and I would definitely stay here again'
