'Property was almost vacant,only 4 rooms were occupied.Looks like it is possibly changing hands as most of the property was locked up.Breakfast consisted of mouldy bread small amount of fruit and stale muffins.I don’t do reviews of properties but feel the need to this time. Toilet wouldn’t flush , shower was good first night but night 2 water went spurting out over the top of the shower and into the bathroom, no flannels , no hair dryer as stated .On the upside the air conditioning worked . 'In Luganville zijn er maar 2 middenklasse hotels, de Espiritu en Hotel Santo, dus veel keuze is er niet. De Espritu ligt in het centrum van Luganville, 10 minuten rijden van het vliegveld vandaan. De ontvangst en de overige ruimten zien er wat simpel uit en zouden wat onderhoud kunnen gebruiken. De kamer daarentegen is prima. Niet supergroot, maar alles wat een hotelkamer nodig heeft is er, Goed bed, badkamer is voldoende, prima balkon en airco. Ontbijt is eenvoudig, maar in orde.
