It has three bedrooms: one on the ground floor with a double bed (140 cm), and two upstairs—one with a double bed (140 cm) and the other with two single beds (90 cm). The living room opens onto a balcony and includes a seating area with a TV and a dining area. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge-freezer, two ceramic hobs, a multifunction microwave, a filter coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, and a washing machine. The shower room and the separate toilet are both located upstairs. The terrace is furnished with outdoor seating.
