'Staff is very friendly and helpful, nice shopping center nearby and connecting by bus to Downtown is great. Room is small but clean and kitchenette is nice. However inside hotel is noisy and outside the hotel needs some maintenance. The part of the building with Restaurant and liquid Store looks Expired. '

'We are badly conflicted about this hotel. It is truly a 5 star luxury hotel with incredible finishes and service. The restaurant is also terrific as are the staff. So what is our problem? Samuel McClure must be rolling over in his grave at the mis matched furniture and decorations , the multitude of odd garden statues placed aimlessly everywhere , and the requirement that you must go outside and get wet after dinner to get back to your room. 'One of the best hotels i stayed in in a long time. Besides the luxereous appearance it is the small things that makenthe difference, multiple cleaning per day, good bed, great shower, best soaps, coffee, thea, everything is spot on and you actually get service as expected.'
