Last minute Plan to Glacier Guest Cabin Sauna

  • It is a beautiful wood cabin (studio). It's close to the main road and train tracks, they don't blow the horn because there is no crossing. The bathroom is in the seperate building only the guest uses both buildings. The sauna building has both the bathroom and the sauna.
    We do provide the bed linens. There is a coffee maker with some coffee, sugar creamer. There is a small refrigerator,microwave and oven toaster. There are some games and puzzles.
    The Wi-Fi is very, very weak.
    There is a fire pit to relax by after a long day too. The fire must be monitored all the time and put down completely at the end.
    The sauna and the bathroom are in a separate building. Only the cabin guest uses it.

We really enjoyed the location and feel of this cabin. It gives you the rustic feeling of being close to nature while still feeling comfortable and safe. Great location between both the East and West entrances of Glacier. Our only negatives were having to walk to the bathroom in the rain and the railroad tracks are very close to the cabin. (Neither controllable by the host) We would stay again!

Beautiful cbin

The cabin,the bathroom/ sauna was amazing and so beautiful! I highly reccomend staying here if you are going to glacier or passing through.

Lovely cabin. Bathroom and sauna are great but a short walk from the cabin.

This quaint, cozy cabin was spotless and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was incredibly responsive and even checked in to see if we needed anything—great communication all around. We’d absolutely stay here again if we’re back in Glacier!

Check in was great...hosts emailed me with the code and helpful instructions....the bedroom area and the bathroom were just as pictured...my husband loved the sauna ...nice remote area.the highway and the train was no problem to us...kinda reminded us of Glamping....Clean...coffee supplies...bath supplies...hosts made sure we got checked in....my only requests would be to maybe put a taller counter or bakers rack...for the microwave and coffee pot a little more user height friendly....Great place to stay for location...halfway between the West/ East glacier entrances....very nice stay...despite raining...windy and cold all 3 days we were there.

A nice place to stay in Glacier

This property was perfect for our needs. We were close to Glacier National Park, and enjoyed taking a sauna after a long day of hiking. The cabin was comfortable!

Very quaint little cabin in a convinient spot right outside Glacier. Was very well upkept and super affordable. Really enjoyed our time at the cabin, got to use the sauna as well. Will look for this spot if we're ever in the area again.

The stay was great. They had everything I needed. The location was good for me as it was between West Glacier and East Glacier which took driving to Many Glacier and Two Medicine less crowded. The only downside was absolutely no service for AT&T cell. I would stay again!

Good spot close to Glacier and a lot of other fun sights.

Stayed here 3 nights and got to enjoy Glacier National Park, Stanton Lake, White fish lake, and completed a decent amount of hiking trails. Gas grill on site ready to go with the cooking utensils if you need it.

Cabin is on Rte 2 and there is a train track behind the cabin. We thought staying there was an adventure and would return if we ever pass that way again. Get your provisions before you get there because of winding roads to get everywhere you go and nothing is nearby! But it is a quaint and adorable cabin!

A very nice home away from home

A nice size cabin with everything you need to feel at home. The host treated us with a very good coffee, supply of drinkable water and a bottle of wine. Very clean, nice Finnish sauna and the bathroom located in the next door cabin, easy to get to. Close to Highway 2 and the railway traffic, you can get used to. The host extremely good in communication.

Traditional Cabin

We enjoyed our stay. It is a unique cabin experience. Close to GP and several hiking trails. I used the sauna all 3 days - very nice! Plenty of hot water! Mosquito netting/screen around the porch would be a nice addition-we we’re chased inside 1 night during our stay. I would recommend to anyone that wants a stay away from the norm and in a more rustic setting.

Enjoyable stay

This small cabin is right in between the east and west entrance to the park. It made accessing the park easy. The cabin was very clean and having the option to sauna after a long day of hiking was nice. Be prepared to hear trains throughout the night and cars along the highway as this little cabin is a stones throw away from both. Besides that, it was perfect!

A nice a little cabin

My wife and I stayed here for part of our Honeymoon. The cabin was very comfortable and we were impressed with the quality of the shower and sauna rooms. We can tell that the host has put a lot of effort into this cabin. We didn't use the grill, but appreciated that it was there. The only downside of our stay was that the cabin is in between a railroad and highway, which made it a little hard to sleep at night.

Loved returning to the sauna in evening

The cabin & bath house were a wonderful little break for our Glacier Trip. Being able to grill our food & hang out on the covered porch with a glass of wine was nice. Only downside was the traffic noise of Hwy 2 when outside. The trains were rhythmic in their passing, so we became used to them & their sound lulled us to sleep. The sauna was amazing and really helped us relax after a long day in the park. We liked the location being able to go between West Glacier one day and East Glacier area easily the next day.

Unaware that the train tracks and highway were as close as they were. But it was still quite tolerable.

Super clean, comfy bed and chairs, outside seating area, nice sauna. Drawbacks! Too close to hwy. And trains . We are. 66 and 71, so having to walk to a separate bath house was not good. But the price was good
