'The location is not great if you’re going downtown or farther away; if you’re going to an event to Arena Monterrey it’s a walking distance nonetheless locals recommended not to walk the area, most of the uber services or similar have a hard time finding it. The shower had some hair residues from previous guests.
There is no elevator from the main entrance to the front desk only a small set of stairs and no bell boy, thus, you need to pick up your bags and bring them up the stairs to check...
