The Space:

The area around the apartment is a quiet residential area with only 500m to Puerto Estepona (harbour) and 400m to Playa del Cristo which is a popular beach with lovely beach restaurants. A short walk from the apartment there is also a padel facility with 10 courts and a gym. Nearby there are also several wonderful markets every Wednesday 9-13:00 and Sundays 8-14:30 in the bullring.

When you step through the door, you are greeted by the fully equipped kitchen on the left, with dishwasher, kettle, toaster, coffee maker and everything you need to be able to cook on holiday. Straight ahead you enter the spacious living room with a large smart TV, comfortable sofas and armchairs and a lovely terrace with a wonderful view of the mountains and the sea and a barbecue. There is also a toilet.

One floor up are all the bedrooms, the first bedroom has a large double bed, private balcony and ensuite bathroom, the second bedroom has a double bed and the third bedroom has 2 single beds. There is also a bathroom.

At the top there is a dining room and a terrace with a jacuzzi.

The apartment is otherwise fully equipped with A/C in all rooms, WIFI, dishwasher and washing machine and much more.

Pools have very different opening times, please inquire before the booking to make sure the pool is open during your stay.

The courtesy set is provided only for the beginning and not for the entire stay.

The cleaning fee includes one set of bed linen and towels per person.
