Registratienummer (3474) Als u op zoek bent naar een vooraanstaand huis aan de rivier, waar u kunt ontspannen en er even helemaal tussenuit kunt, is uw zoekopdracht beëindigd. Ons vernieuwde condominium weerspiegelt onze wens om een premium thuis weg van huis te bieden mensen zullen willen terugkeren naar elke keer dat ze naar Colorado komen. Ons huis is ingericht met de discriminerende reiziger in gedachten. Van een comfortabel kingsize bed tot een volledig uitgeruste keuken en een grote flat-panel televisie, het zal u niet ontbreken aan de voorzieningen die u van een luxe huis mag verwachten.

Ons huis heeft een terras met uitzicht op de rivier. Geniet van uw ontbijt, een kopje koffie of gewoon het geluid van de rivier terwijl u uw diner barbecuet in de frisse berglucht in Colorado. Dit is de omgeving waarvan u niet alleen graag op vakantie zou willen genieten, maar ook elke dag van het jaar.

Gelegen in de perfecte locatie aan de Fall River, het centrum van Estes Park ligt op korte loopafstand (of rijden). Er zijn tal van ambachtelijke winkels, restaurants en bezienswaardigheden in de binnenstad. Rock Mountain National Park ligt op ongeveer tien minuten rijden. U kunt ook genieten van paardrijden, wandelen, langlaufen, sneeuwschoenwandelen, Jeepverhuur en rondleidingen, concerten in Performance Park (op loopafstand) op slechts enkele minuten van Cinnamons (zelfgemaakte kaneel- en pecannolletjes) Picknicken, Trail Ridge Road (hoogste verharde weg in de VS) Lake Estes Marina, festivals en natuurlijk de fantasierijke traktaties van lokale banketbakkers.

Er zijn twee gemeentelijke golfbanen, geweldige dieren in het wild, waaronder elanden, herten, schapen met grote hoorn, adelaars, elanden en beren.

Je kunt Longs Peak en anderen beklimmen, vliegvissen of over de continentale kloof rijden naar Grand Lake. Het is 4 minuten lopen naar de binnenstad en 3 minuten lopen naar houtgestookte pizza. Er zijn 2 kartbanen, een gigantische glijbaan, een klimmuur en andere activiteiten in de stad. Er is ook het geweldige koele klimaat om van te genieten.

Waterfall mountain retreat

Quiet condo with a private balcony facing a stream with a bubbly waterfall. Easy parking right outside the unit. Very convenient in and out and less than 5 minute drive to town center. Comfortable king size bed. The wifi was spotty but less an issue as we were mostly out enjoying the beautiful outdoor scenery and friendly spots to eat in town

Clean and comfortable

Close to downtown, yet private. You can hear the river rushing if you open the porch door, which is soothing. Elk and turkeys right outside the unit. Great location. No BBQ grill as photos show. Beware that Estes park is a dark city and you can’t see when you get there where the unit is. Directions don’t tell you to walk around the side of the house. Bring a flashlight. Only one message told us which unit it was and the key code, and I couldn’t find the message anywhere in my email or in the app, was only able to access it when I got frustrated and clicked on “message the owner”.

Beautifully updated, clean, close to town

Spacious for a two-week stay. We like the Fall River area because it's less commercialized yet close enough to walk to shops and restaurants. A photo of the two bedroom closets would have been helpful as we didn't know how much storage space there is.

Loved it!

Beautiful recently remodeled ( I believe) condo with a short walk to downtown Estes. Easy check in. Had an issue with the Wi-Fi initially but the owners took care of that and had someone out to fix the issue quickly. Highly recommend and we would love to rent this unit again!

Summer in Estes Park

This cozy cottage was conveniently located to allow us to walk into town for dinner and gain access to RMNP each day. The online photos accurately represent the cottage and the back deck overlooks a powerful stream. Parking was available close to the cottage. Even though there is contraction going on in the complex and surrounding area, it did not impact our stay. We had a pleasant visit.

Wonderful Week in Estes Park

Our week at the Couple's Retreat Lux Condo was both exhilarating and relaxing. We hiked and biked in RMNP during the day, rested on the deck overlooking the river in the afternoon, and walked the short distance to dinner and drinks each evening. Everything was as advertised: the condo was spotless and had plenty of room for the two of us.

We slept extremely well with the windows open and the most comfortable VRBO mattress we’ve slept on. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning and wine in the evening as we listened to the soothing sound of the creek. The cute condo is in a great location. We walked to town three of the four days and had a short drive to RMNP.

Everything you see and stated is true. The condo is clean, nice and perfectly located. Easy to check in and out. Everything was perfect with the exception of kitchen. Has all the basics for someone who eats out a lot. For the person who cooks a lot could use more kitchen utensils and other stuff, but overall would love to come back again and would defiantly stay here again if available.

My husband & I stayed 3 nights during the month of August & we loved it. Loved being able to open the balcony door and hear the stream! All 3 mornings we spent on the balcony watching & listening to the water. The condo is very clean, the bed & furniture are very cozy/comfortable, & the drive to “downtown” is under 5 min. The owners were quick to respond to questions and the space is stocked with more than the basics. We would definitely stay here again!!

Nice basic property for a few days stay in Estes Park. Not much in the nearby vicinity but you can walk to downtown in about 10 minutes. River noise is nice - balcony view is obscured by brush. Comfortable and clean and I would consider staying there again!

Amazing Stay

This was our second time staying at this location. We love being on the river and being able to walk into town. It’s quiet and clean. Well maintained property. Host is awesome. Very quick to reply with any question. On our way out we had the opportunity to meet the owner. Awesome human. We know Estes is an annual vacation spot for us now and will keep coming back to this property.

Exactly how it was portrayed online. Clean, well stocked, great decor, close to downtown and RNP. Loved the deck and the river running below! A cozy get away for sure!! We will be back to this property on our next visit!!
