Meer dan 900 vierkante meter aan hippe / coole / eigentijdse ruimte betekent dat u niet in 500 of 600 SF wordt geperst zoals in veel andere hutten of eenheden in het centrum. Deze unit is uitgerust met Colorado-kunst, prachtig ingericht en gelegen in het hart van het centrum van Estes. Grote volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine / droger, WiFi en kabel. State-of-the-art airconditioning / verwarming nieuw geïnstalleerd en zeer comfortabel. Geniet van sneeuwschoenen, wandelstokken en een rugzak, evenals vele andere "benodigdheden" voor je Rocky Mountain Adventure! Centraal gelegen in het centrum boven winkelen op loopafstand van winkels, restaurants, golfen, Lake Estes, bioscopen en de bekende Riverwalk. Ga op het dek zitten en geniet van de parades langs Elkhorn Ave, of maak een wandeling langs de Riverwalk die de deur uitkomt. Vissen, wandelen, klimmen, schaatsen en natuurlijk winkelen zijn allemaal binnen enkele minuten van uw verblijf. Terwijl Starbucks net het gebouw heeft verlaten, bevinden ze zich nog steeds op loopafstand en is Kind Coffee slechts 1 blok verderop. Het vertrek van Starbucks heeft feitelijk minder voetgangers, parkeerplaatsen en lawaai veroorzaakt door leveringen of vuilnis. En nogmaals, het is nog steeds dichtbij. Onze eerdere gasten zijn dol op de locatie.

Het hok is opgezet met een eigen slaapkamer en een tweede woonkamer / slaapkamer voor vier gasten. De keuken en eetruimtes zijn enorm groot en bieden een comfortabele plek om je uit te strekken en te genieten. Bezoek in het sneeuwseizoen en gebruik de sneeuwschoenen die voor uw verblijf worden verstrekt.

PARKEREN: We kopen een parkeerpas die u op uw voorruit kunt plaatsen, zodat u direct aan de overkant van de straat gratis kunt parkeren. Laadzone voor het gebouw maakt het in- en uitpakken nog eenvoudiger.

Great!

The loft was an amazing stay! Perfect for walking to restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and included everything you'd need for your stay, including a parking pass. We visited in March and didn't have any trouble with parking during the day or evening. The host provided very thorough instructions for check in, and only required us to start the dishwasher before check out. I highly recommend the loft, and we would be happy to stay here again on our next trip to Estes Park!

Great location!

Stayed for 3 nights Fri-Mon, late March.We picked this location to be close to the shops and restaurants. This unit faces the street, so there is some noise from passing vehicles or folks walking along the sidewalk. However, at night, it gets very quiet and we were able to sleep through the night without issue. We were able to use our streaming device with the TV and that was a nice departure from hotels where your own devices are difficult to plug in. The only thing we wished was better was the shower. It didnt reach the temp we are used to at home, but it was adequately warm. We also would've liked a little more adjustability on the showerhead; it seems to point in only one direction. The water pressure was good. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and it was great to be able to walk to everything we wanted and didn't have to worry about driving or finding parking. Thanks!

Steps away to Estes Park and surrounding area

The Art Loft was a cute and cozy condo with a well appointed kitchen for all of your cooking needs. We stayed during the off season (mid-November) so we had lovely views off downtown Estes Park’s beautiful Christmas/Holiday decorations without the usual summer traffic. Sadly, it was too cold for us to enjoy the deck overlooking Elkhorn, Estes’ Main Street, but the view of Twin Owls was a wonderful way to start each day. Smaller families and couples looking for an alternative to hotels and motels who want to experience downtown Estes will not be disappointed by the proximity to shops, restaurants, and local events that this condo offers. Being steps away from Kind Coffee was also a special treat.

Perfect Stay in Estes Park

Cozy little place in the perfect location. We were able to park and walk to most places. If we did need to drive, we were in a central location and it did not take long to get anywhere. The inside was clean and cozy, exactly what we needed for a little getaway. Highly recommend booking this for your stay in Estes Park.

Gratitude. Thankful that someone make the effort to put this place together with the attention to detail and cleanliness There was literally nothing missing that you'd want while staying there. Excellent kitchen, bedroom, kitchen, living room and bathroom, all situated right along main street and with the local shuttle tour at the door. Would totally recommend anyone to stay in town overnight, meander around, grocery store is right up the road, enjoy the small stuff and the kind people Estes has to offer and this place is where you can have it all. Again thanks to our host, and definitely recommend this place.

Great condo, great location

My wife and I very much enjoyed staying at this condo. Very nice unit and the location could not be better. The Riverwalk and great shopping are right outside your door. We will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended to all.
