Quiet forest stay

Beautiful property in the trees, lots of wildlife and peace. We found fun activities and great food in town 5 minutes away.

Great location in Estes for downtown and Trail Ridge access.

Nice stay in quiet neighborhood. Elk kept us company feeding and resting in yard.Thank goodness for the newer air conditioning in the upper level as two days were very warm in Estes.Had initial issue getting in because of local manager poor communication and inability to reach her, but was able to contact owner who got us in promptly with code.Plenty of space for our group and beds were all very comfortable.Would definitely stay again!

Weekend Getaway

The house was wonderful! We loved everything about it. Truly the only thing is the house needs a good deep cleansing. We did try to vacuum; however, the vacuum in the home didn’t work. The home was beautifully stocked, the location is great! We had a wonderful time and would stay again.

Great stay in Estes Park!

Went to Estes park over the long Thanksgiving weekend, had a great time at this property. Location is close to town, house is very comfortable, hot tub is great!! Beds were great for catchin a few extra z's. Neighborhood was quiet, saw lots of turkeys and deer from the hot tub. Highly recommended.

Great location and very well stocked!! Nothing you can do about this, but the bathroom downstairs was very small. We all worked it out though. We ended up getting a foot of snow and it was so nice to have someone just show up and plow the driveway for us. Would definitely come back!!

A near-perfect home base close to town!

Although this place sleeps many, it was just the wife and our pups on the trip. This place felt like home immediately, and was in a great spot for some quiet time after long hikes. The river nearby played a calming soundtrack on the patio. The min-split a/c upstairs ended up coming in handy to de-humidify the place since it rained during our stay. With a/c being a luxury in these parts it wasn't taken for granted! The beds were comfy and even the TP was the good stuff 8-) The only issue we had was when it was time to walk the pups to use a suitable area for them to do their business as the location is on tightly spaced overgrown steep terrain and the neighboring land is all private. Minor inconvenience, but rectified with a long walk or another hike. We would absolutely stay there again!

Functional and Comfortable

We had extended family meet us at this vacation rental. The accommodations were comfortable and cozy, and the house was dog-friendly (downstairs) for our dogs. Since we have an older dog, the stairs were too slippery for him to manage, so the dogs stayed downstairs. Even so, this house was just what we needed!

Well located. Short walk to the village. Shopping, sights, restaurants, elk herds all are close by. Premises neat and orderly. We enjoyed the amenities, hot tub and fire pit. Elk could be heard in early morning hours. Close to RMNP. Quiet neighbors. East to walk about.

Excellent location and pictures are accurate.

We enjoyed our stay. It was close to everything in Estes Park but yet secluded near Fall River. The house was well stocked. Our only issue was the cleaning crew didn’t secure the trash bin from the local wildlife so we had to clean up this mess for the trash pickup.

Wonderful Estes Park Cabin

Overall, this is a wonderful cabin. It’s located in a quiet part of town with a lot of wildlife around. This cabin had everything needed and then some to feel like I was on vacation. Only negative about this place is the floors creeked in areas, and any sound generally carried easily through the building. Seemed like there was no insulation in the floors and walls. Outside of that, I would recommend this lovely like cabin to anyone.

A great find in Estes Park!

We had a wonderful stay at this property with our family of 4 and in laws! Home was very clean and well stocked with kitchen items/towels etc. . . plenty of space for our group! Great outdoor space and hot tub. We were greeted daily on the property by turkeys and deer. Home is very conveniently located and a quick drive to downtown Estes Park as well as RMNP.

Nice Stay in Estes

Loved the house overall, though it was a bit smaller inside than expected but still had plenty of seating. The hot tub was well maintained and amazing with nice views through the valley. We had lots of turkeys and elk outside the property and little traffic. It was close to downtown and RMNP. The fireplace was also awesome and made the stay feel nice and cozy. There was also a nice selection of games and puzzles at the house so we had plenty to do!

Exceeded Expectations!

We couldn't have found a better place to stay! This cabin has everything you want and need. Its clean, well stocked and well maintained. The gas grill and firepit are connected to the homes gas line which was brilliant! Absolutely Loved the outdoor deck! We grilled most our meals while soaking in the mountain views then at night had a glass of wine by the firepit stargazing. Also, had so much Fun watching the turkey and deer graze on property. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful getaway

We loved our stay at this property. I thought I really wanted something right on the river, however this unit has changed my mind. Having the 2nd story really made you feel like you were up in the trees. The views were wonderful. Very peaceful neighborhood. Loved it!!
