KITCHEN & DINING:
The well-appointed kitchen is a chef's dream, boasting granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and ample cabinet space. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or a simple snack, you'll find everything you need, including spices, condiments, and cookware. Behind the vintage screen door, a spacious walk-in pantry awaits. Sit at the breakfast bar and enjoy the company of the cook while taking in the picturesque views of Lake Estes through the corner windows.
The dining area, centered around a beautifully crafted vintage table, invites gatherings and cherished memories. Sliding glass doors lead to the deck, offering stunning vistas of The Twin Owls, Lumpy Ridge, and Lake Estes.

A dedicated laundry room, conveniently located off the two-car garage, is equipped with a full-size washer and dryer. Built-in benches with storage compartments provide a practical solution for keeping your hiking boots and outdoor gear neatly organized. Laundry & Ironing essentials, including detergent, dryer sheets, stain remover, an iron and ironing board, are available for your convenience.

OUTDOOR OASIS:
