'Fantastisch hotel!'

'Prima hotel, basic.'

'Really good hotel, close to the ferry and the city center, very quiet and with a great coffee place next door. Great room as well, very good price quality ratio.'

'Walking distance to Old Town and the Port'

'Goed hotel. Ontbijt niet uitgebreid maar voldoende. Rustig.'

'Hieno hotelli hyvällä paikalla'

'It is a good hotel. The city centre is easily reached with a taxi or public transport. Furthermore, the Kadrioru park is at walking distance. The breakfast has diverse options and it is also possible to have dinner at the hotel.'

'We forgot our son’s sweater in the hall, and the next morning when we needed to leave the lady at the reception confirmed there was an item but she was not able to give it back to us because it was “too early” and she had “no access to lost & found items yet”! Quite surprised, it’s called express hotel, such simple things as access to room with lost items should always be available, 24/7, considering that the check out can indeed be before 8AM. Very disappointing, as we had to leave it there,...

'Close to old city centre and to ferry terminal. Good price quality ratio. Friendly people '

'I didn't receive my check in instructions, (self checkin service), no one picking up the phone with the contact number provided. I got there for check in time for that reason but expected someone to be there to provide the building entry number or room key. I was able to get help from a lady managing the food stall outside who tried calling other people which eventually we was able to get hold of the host, which I didn't get to speak to and waited for the room key. I had to wait for the...
