This spacious holiday flat is situated on the lower ground floor of Villa Ettenheim, in a very quiet location on the outskirts of town (a 5-minute walk to the Baroque old town), surrounded by greenery. The flat, which sleeps 6 people, has its own entrance and a private garden with a stream and a large terrace. Spanning around 140 m², it features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a large living and dining room, a separate kitchen and (optionally) a private sauna. A particular highlight is the covered outdoor seating area with views over the town and across the Rhine valley.

Five guests can enjoy a comfortable and restful night’s sleep in high-quality box-spring beds. If required, a second full-size single bed can be added to bedroom 3, bringing the total capacity to six adults. A cot can be added to either bedroom 1 or 2 if required. The cosy living and dining room, as well as bedrooms 1 and 2, are equipped with large flat-screen TVs. Bathroom 1 features a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet, washing machine and tumble dryer. Bathroom 2 has a shower, washbasin and toilet, and provides access to the sauna (optional). The large kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you could possibly need. Non-smoking flat. No pets.
