The location on quiet Redbud Street is perfection, as you’ll only be a quick walk from Tower Court Pool, Pistache Park, Bocce Ball Court and Beauty Bar 34 Spa. The Space:
Design and Function will delight you at Just Peachy in Carlton Landing. This vacation home was expertly decorated in a style that brings old together with new. Wallpapers and textiles with beautiful patterns elevate the ambience throughout the entire space. Guests can settle in comfortably since this home offers ample storage for the things you want to bring along. But it is also decadently stocked with all the comforts you really need. Playful touches, such as a wooden Sand Bag Toss Set and a Beautiful Dollhouse make this house seem like its from the pages of a vacation fairytale.



Outdoor Spaces:

Two cars can park in the gravel driveway directly behind the house. Here, 6 Polywood chairs sit around a solo stove on a rock patio, with twinkle lines strung overhead.



With access from the front and back yards, and to the inside of the house, the side porch will become your favorite space at the house. Screened in to allow for insect free dining and lounging, this porch boasts sofa and bar seating for up to 10 people, plus a gas fireplace and a smart tv.



The West facing front porch is perfect for morning coffee and family photos, with its ideallyic rattan and cushioned porch swing.



You’ll have sidewalk access to everything in Carlton Landing, but the closest amentites are Bocce Ball Court, Beauty Bar 34 Spa, Tower Court Pool, and Pistache Park and Playground.



Inside:



Guests were considered in every aspect of furnishing this luxury home. Settle in and kick back! The back entrance has wooden cabinets and cubbies that are empty and ready for your gear.

The primary suite is located on the lower level. This room has a four post King bed,  a desk and chair, nightstand and lamps, dresser and a smart tv. All closets in the house are outfitted with extra pillows, blankets, hangers, and luggage racks. The primary suite bathroom has a double vanity and walk-in tiled shower.



The kitchen includes a gas range, full size fridge and freezer, and all the cookware, glassware, and dishes you need for your entire group. Even with all the included amentities, there is an incredible amount of pantry space for you to put any kitchen items you brought with you. The kitchen and living room flow together in an open concept. The countertop stands between the two spaces with barstools for 2. The living room includes a round table with seating for 4 for dining or games, a sofa and two oversized arm chairs, plus plenty of table space and a smart tv. There’s also a powder bathroom just off the living room and access to the front porch and French Doors out to the screened patio.



Upstairs is spacious with truly large guest rooms. Both upstairs bedrooms have Queen size beds, seating spaces, smart tvs, and black out window coverings. The large upstairs landing boasts a built in bunkbed with single mattresses and curtains that close on each bunk, plus a daybed with a single mattress and a trundle with an identical, luxury mattress. While this landing area isn’t entirely private, it is fantastically tucked away, with its own black out drapes. Sleeping-in is entirely possible in this space! The upstairs shares a full bathroom that includes double vanities and a separate door to the toilet and bath/shower combo. It’s decorated with checkered wallpaper, gold floral fixtures, and daisies on the tiled floor.



The washer and dryer is also located upstairs, with doors that close to the space and a small counter with cabinets. A few detergent pods will be available for your use. A starter set of toiletries, laundry and dish detergents and paper towels will be provided. Add on services such as grocery delivery or meal prep is also available.
