Greetings, we log absolutely all guest concerns with rooms and we do not have anything registered under your reservation. We are exceptionally friendly but are still unable to read minds. I promise you, if you let us know something is out of place, we will certainly do everything within our scope to assist you!

If you researched what our neighboring properties were charging for similar rooms to the one you stayed in, you will find that we were actually very competitive. Considering the fact that we also include a continental breakfast and our prime location, we are actually a better value!

Greetings, your assessment needs a bit of context. We research similar properties in the area and stay competitive with the rate those properties are charging.

There is no possible way this is true. We check all the rooms prior to checking anyone in. They get a thorough cleaning and sanitizing after guests check-out; we also check faucets, drains and even the television to make sure everything is in proper order. We would never put someone in a room that was not ready to go.

Maybe no frills, but lots of amenities! We are one of few independent properties in the area that provides a complimentary continental breakfast with assorted pastries, yogurt, milk, juice, oatmeal, cereal, fresh fruit and coffee. All our rooms also have a coffeemaker, microwave, iron & board, and an LCD TV with Satellite programming. Not to mention, our location is ideal for everything university-related!
