'서면에서 단체 모임으로 술자리를 하게 되었는데, 갑작스럽게 술집 영업 마감 시간이 다가와 급히 다른 장소를 예약해야 했습니다. 다행히 19명이라는 적지 않은 인원임에도 불구하고 해당 업장에서 흔쾌히 자리를 마련해 주셨고, 예약 과정부터 방문 시까지 매우 친절하게 맞이해 주셔서 감사한 마음이 큽니다. 급하게 예약했음에도 불구하고 직원분들의 응대가 친절하고 세심하여 단체 인원이 불편함 없이 즐거운 시간을 보낼 수 있었습니다. 특히 대규모 인원을 맞이하면서도 서비스가 원활하고, 분위기를 편안하게 이끌어주셔서 더욱 만족스러웠습니다. 서면에서 단체 모임이나 급하게 장소가 필요한 상황에서도 믿고 방문할 수 있는 곳이라는 확신이 생겼습니다. 앞으로도 단체 회식이나 모임 시 다시 찾고 싶은 곳이며, 친절한 서비스와 세심한 배려 덕분에 기분 좋은 시간을 보냈습니다. 감사합니다.'

'Great location for exploring the different parts of Busan. The area itself is less touristy then some of the other districts, resulting in a more pleasant stay. Many restaurants and shops nearby, and open until quite late. The room itself is a bit older, but it was kept very clean. I stayed on one of the higher floors, and heard very little noise from outside or from other rooms. Very helpful and friendly staff. Would stay here again when visiting Busan.'

'신축이라서 그런지 숙소 상태가 정말 깨끗하고 망망대해가 보이는 바다 뷰라서 만족스러웠어요. 해수욕장 갔다가 들어와서 씻기도 편한 위치고 조리시설도 다 갖추고 있어서 가족 여행하기 좋아보여요. 다만 체크인/아웃 시간대에 엘리베이터가 혼잡하고, 호텔처럼 전화로 추가 수건 등을 요청하는 시스템은 아니에요(3층 가서 받아오실 수 있어요.'

'전망이 너무 좋고, 시설이 깔끔하고 너무 좋습니다. 가격대비 이만한 숙소를 본적이 없을 정도네요. 꼭대기층이라 그런지 수압이 좀 낮은거 빼고는 불편한점이 전혀 없고, 부대시설이 너무 휼륭해서 장기투숙으로도 좋을만한 숙소입니다.'
