Seventh Street Select is conveniently located near the Eureka business district but set back off the road to keep the busy outside world minimized. It is a townhouse-style rental with a full kitchen, living room, and garage all on the lower level. This home has recently been remodeled and updated with new features and appliances throughout.

This rental is within walking distance of shopping and restaurants and an easy drive to the heart of Eureka. Don't miss the incredible Carson Mansion, one of the most photographed buildings in the world, just a half-mile away. Eureka is just about 10 miles from Arcata and Cal Poly Humboldt, 20 miles from the Victorian village of Ferndale, and 47 miles south of Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Nice and clean. Only challenge was that the stairs were very steep and can be difficult if you have knee problems.

Details make the place
After I stay somewhere, I ask myself if I'd stay there again. Sometimes, it's a difficult decision. In this case it was not as I left a day early. My big issue with the place is that the bed in the master was very hard. I could not sleep on my side because my shoulder kept falling asleep. A truly terrible night's sleep. And there were so many little things that added up. My friend takes sugar in coffee. A reasonable thing. No sugar was available. Also very odd mounting the toilet paper directly behind the toilet. Serious 180 degree turn needed to reach TP. silly. So many more things that could have been better with a little effort. And dealing with Vacasa is not direct. When I asked a question- same question twice, I'm sure I got a bot answer which did not answer my question. I prefer to stay in places managed by humans. I won't be staying here again.

House was very comfy and clean.
Overall the house was clean and had a very homey feeling to it. Neighbors did not bother us and the location was great. Center of eureka and everything was very close within a 5 min drive. Overall would recommend to others. Only item we could not find that was needed was an iron for clothing. Home had everything needed for the stay.

Comfy little house in Eureka
Beautiful little place. Living room and full kitchen downstairs. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Fully equipped. Everything you could ever need. Minor downsides: No garage door opener; have to park, go inside, open garage door, then go back out and drive car into garage. Not a big deal. And street entrance is from Suxth Street, even though address is on Seventh Street. Tricky the first time! Then we got it. Beautiful area!

Cal Poly Humboldt Graduation
Finding such a good location to the campus was the priority, but we want to say this property has everything you need- whether it’s a quick weekend stay, business or graduation! Very clean. Kitchen has all necessities, washer and dryer, garage, beds super comfy and neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Target 5 min away was a bonus! Thank you for a great stay- will be recommending to family and friends!

Convenient location
Convenient location for sightseeing, but not much privacy with house built just a few feet away from original home on the property. Both bathrooms are upstairs. Calendar in kitchen was for 2022, so purchased a new 2023 calendar for future guests. Liked the balcony in 2nd bedroom upstairs. Enjoyed hearing frog and bird sounds at night.
