Welcome to Whiskey Den! Our cabin has a studio layout and offers comfort for two guests. The living space has a couch, Smart TV, electric fireplace, and a fully stocked kitchen.



The back patio is the perfect place to relax and take in the views. Grill out, eat al fresco, or just rock in the rocking chairs and watch the sunset. If you want to build a fire the cabin is near the community fire pit.



The cabin has a Queen-size bed, robes, and a full bathroom with a shower and a soaking tub.

Guest Access & Amenities:

Guests will have access to the entire pictured house, all appliances, any kitchen supplies, and all amenities. We provide amenities in the bathrooms, kitchen, and laundry room with enough to get you started on your trip. We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth, and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. Exterior cameras may be at the property for security purposes.

The cabin is on road with other small cabins and shares a fire pit.

Explore Eureka Springs and Beaver Lake! Our house is just 4 miles The Beaver Dam, and 7 miles to Downtown Eureka which offers several restaurants and shops.



Other Things to Note:

★ Not pet-friendly.

★ County‑wide burn bans may be in effect during your stay, which could limit use of the fire pit. For more details on burn bans, visit the Arkansas Department of Agriculture - Forestry Division website.



House Rules that are strictly enforced:

- Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM.

- Parties or guest actions that result in disturbances, property damage, extensive extra cleaning, or smoking indoors will incur a fine of $1,000.

- This property only allows dogs, with a maximum of 3, and requires a fee of $90 per dog to be paid prior to your stay. Dogs discovered at the property without prior notice or cats discovered at the property will incur a fine of $400.

- Unauthorized checkout delays will incur a fine of $100 per hour.

- This is a non-smoking home. If you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1,000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary.

- Refunds for unused services such as pet fees, event fees, early check‑in, and late check‑out fees, are subject to the same cancellation policy that applies.

- There is a QR code located on or near the refrigerator. It provides helpful information about your stay, including house rules, Wi‑Fi details, amenity instructions, important phone numbers, and answers to common questions.
