'I was a little iffy about this hotel in the beginning, never having stayed at a Fairfield Inn before but I was pleasantly surprised, especially at this price point. The staff was friendly, hotel was up to par and clean and it was in a nice location. I will definitely be staying at a Fairfield Inn on my next destination! '

'Being 83 year old having to use a cane to walk, I felt I should have been given a room on the first floor, especially since the facility did not have an elevator. They didn't have accessible rooms also. Maybe they should have a ramp for disabled people. Fortunately for me there were some kind people staying a the hotel, who help me with my luggage'

Een nadeeltje is dat de temperatuur in het binnenzwembad aardig kan oplopen vanwege de hoge buitentemperaturen. Er is een mogelijkheid om op een terras buiten te zitten. Aanrader is om naar het centrum van Augusta te gaan waar een mooie route langs de rivier is aangelegd (zgn. River Walk)'

'Op zich prima hotel. Alleen vervelend dat er op kamer voor drie personen, maar 1 kingsizebed stond. Op verzoek werd er extra bed bijgezet, waardoor de ruimte in de kamer tamelijk krap werd. Er was uitstekend gratis ontbijt. Koffie, sinaasappelsap en zelfs cola was gratis bij het ontbijt te krijgen. Alleen voor thee moet je een toeslag betalen van $ 2 per persoon. Merkwaardig en niet klantvriendelijk.'

'The communication with staff on my day of arrival went well; unfortunately, highway traffic delayed my arrival time but the innkeeper was pleasant and let me know how to access my room after-hours. The location of the inn is ideal for restaurants, a quaint downtown scene, and to nearby Augusta. I felt safe walking around the inn and the neighborhood in the early hours/late afternoon as a solo female traveler.
The property has beautiful landscaping and the fellow guests were a delight to talk...
