House with a Provençal feel - Pool - Tennis - Sports

Your accommodations are entirely independent, in a low villa spirit.
Although we occupy the upper floor, no interior space is shared: there are no common rooms, only party walls, guaranteeing calm and discretion.

You have your own private entrance, your terrace and a part of the garden exclusively reserved for your use.
Only the swimming pool, the tennis court and the gym can be shared with us very occasionally. We work during the day and make sure to offer you maximum tranquility, in complete privacy, as in an independent house.

Inside:

A fully equipped kitchen open to the living room is organized around a single central island acting as a standing table, accompanied by stools and can accommodate up to 10 people (friendly, but tight configuration).

This is a summer residence, where the majority of meals are taken outside, on the terrace, where a large table is at your disposal.
In case of bad weather, an additional table can be set up inside to allow you to eat more comfortably.

5 bedrooms in total with bed linen and towels provided.

La Provençale:

Located in the main accommodation, adjoining the kitchen.
This air-conditioned room has:

- a 180cm double bed

- a wall-mounted changing table

- a private bathroom

La Pastelle:

Located on the living room side, opposite La Provençale, still in the main accommodation.
This air-conditioned room comprises:

- a double bed

- a private bathroom

- a small patio housing the machine to wash

The Tower:

Adjacent to the main accommodation, it consists of two independent bedrooms:

First floor:
Room equipped with a bunk bed, fan and toilet, ideal for children or teenagers.

First floor:
Air-conditioned bedroom with double bed, kitchenette and private bathroom.

⚠️ Please note: access to La Tour is only via the outdoor terrace. There is no internal communication with the main accommodation (see photos).

The Cottage:

Completely renovated, Le Cottage is an air-conditioned self-contained studio, located about 15 metres from the main accommodation.
It comprises:PGJyPg�PGJyPg- a Château d'Ax sofa bed offering a double bed

- a private bathroomPGJyPg
- a kitchenette

Outside:

You have a private terrace without vis-à-vis, equipped with a barbecue.

A few meters from the terrace is a private jacuzzi, which can accommodate up to 6 people.

Below, you will see the tennis court, with free access. We play it occasionally and will be happy to share a few games with you.
The court can also be converted into two pickleball courts for fans of this booming sport.

A little further down, after the tennis court, there is an 80 m² weight room, with free access. Just put the equipment away after use.
Sessions with a personal trainer are possible for an additional fee.PGJyPg
The swimming pool is located on the other side of the residence, near a terrace and a garden area at your disposal.
As with tennis, it is only shared with us on a very occasional basis. We work during the day and as mentioned above we are determined to guarantee you calm, privacy and tranquility.

Additional services

Only in the evening, upon reservation at least 48 hours in advance and subject to availability, we offer you dinner by the pool, on our terrace.

On the menu: traditional Breton pancakes, Sweet and savoury dishes, prepared in front of you by my chef Crêpe maker husband, using fresh, local and organic products, for a convivial and gourmet moment.PGJyPg
In addition, we work with selected external service providers offering various wellness services, such as massages, yoga, pilates or other disciplines, which can be organised on site, depending on availability.

All these services are available by reservation and at an additional cost.
