'To start on a positive note, the staff was very friendly and kind. Unfortunately, our overall experience with the hotel, the room and the communication with management/owner was disappointing.
We stayed in the Libro d’Oro suite, and upon arrival, one of the toilets was already broken. We were told it couldn’t be fixed during our stay. After just one night, the second toilet also stopped working, leaving us with no functioning toilets in the room. Initially, no solution or assistance was offered...

'Alles was perfect. De omgeving is zeer rustgevend. 5 minuutjes met de auto van het strand vandaan. Personeel is erg lief en vriendelijk vooral Maria. Maria is een schat en heeft alles voor ons gedaan en tips gegevens voor leuke bezienswaardigheden. Ontbijt was inbegrepen, erg lekker en uitgebreid. Studio was erg ruim. Dit appartement hotel is 4-5 sterren waardig! '

'The surroundings are really beautiful, so close to the beach. The gardens are beautiful too. The rooms and the corridors are a bit 'dated'. The bathroom could use an update for example. And I would put some paintings or pictures on the walls of the rooms to make it a bit nicer. The food is fantastic! 'Present from Expedia. Nice and comfy for a day but not a spot we would have chosen ourselves. Right spot for people who like all inclusive, adults only and stick to just the resort. No surprises to be found here besides funny towel voucher system and all day empty taken chairs in the poolarea. Price per night compared to look and feel of total complex and facilities does not add up here. '
