'Everything was fine, clean, friendly. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it is literally inside of a mall. I probably should have read a more in depth description of the location. We ended moving to Roma Norte, which was much more our speed. But if you don't mind being in a mall, then this is a great place.'

'Terrible communication skills, had an awful experience just asking them to help me find water. Their room refrigerator doesn’t work. We had to purchase outside water and their refrigerator was out of order. Their security guard was so rude to me and my father asking him where we can find some water. the worst experience. Not a comfortable room no space and their food bland. Fo not stay there.'

'es un penthouse con cuartos, lo que rentas es un cuarto dentro del mismo penthouse, el acceso es por el elevador de servicio y por la entrada de servicio, el lugar esta bien ubicado, limpio y bonito, pero no hay privacidad y los accesos son terribles'
