About the property
Woodbury Cottage is a quaint, semi-detached cottage, set in the grounds of the owners' home, along with two other holiday cottages. The countryside location provides an abundance of picturesque walks for you and your four-legged friend to enjoy, whilst the cosy abode has everything you need for a relaxing staycation, including a comfortable living room and a private hot tub. Nearby day trips include the cathedral city of Exeter and the famous Jurassic Coast for scenic walks and stunning coastlines.
The space
Set on one level with increased accessibility, this stunning fairy-tale cottage has been designed with comfort and relaxation in mind. Exposed wooden beams, vaulted ceilings and stained-glass windows exude character within this cosy home from home.

As you step inside you will be greeted by a cosy living/dining room, designed with vibrant pops of colour and quirky patterns. Nestle into the comfortable sofa after a day of exploring, switch on the Smart TV for a movie night or enjoy a bite to eat in the snug dining area.

Beside the living room is a galley kitchen, fully equipped with all the essentials including an electric oven, gas hob, microwave, fridge, kettle and toaster.

There are two bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with a double bed. Both rooms have been beautifully designed with solid oak furniture and soft linen sheets. The interior of the cottage is complete with a wet room and WC.

Make your way to the private courtyard, complete with a charcoal BBQ, garden furniture and enough space for your four-legged friend to roam. Spend your days relaxing with an enjoyable book in-hand and your evenings soaking in the bubbling hot tub under the stars.
Guest access
The owners will greet you on arrival and show you into the property.

We plant a tree for every booking we make to help offset some of the carbon emissions generated by our stays.

EV car charging is available at an extra cost payable to the owner.

A travel cot and highchair are available upon request.

Hot tub: As the hot tub is emptied, cleaned and refilled after each booking, we cannot guarantee that your hot tub will be at its optimal operating temperature upon arrival.

Deposit: Bookings are subject to a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the booking value plus applicable booking fees with the balance payable 70 days before the date of travel.

Accidental Damage Deposit: To maintain the highest standards in our properties, guests will need to pay a refundable Accidental Damage Deposit of £200 prior to their stay. An advance payment as detailed in the booking summary can be made to waive this requirement.
