Gîte Haïti

Located near the Bastide d'Eymet, the “Haïti” vacation rental—part of the Domaine Fort au Prince and adjacent to the “Guyane” and “Périgord” vacation rentals—offers high-quality amenities and services. The decor is tasteful, and you’ll find all the comforts you need for a pleasant vacation. You’ll enjoy the covered terrace and the landscaped outdoor areas on balmy summer evenings for meals with family or friends. Located along the route of vineyards and historic bastides, this vacation rental is ideal for exploring the Périgord Pourpre region.
The estate features a spa (available year-round) and a heated pool (from mid-April to late October) shared with two other vacation rentals and the owners. The pool measures 9 m x 4 m, is 1.50 m deep, enclosed by walls and secured by a glass and metal gate with a lock.
For added comfort, the owners have thought of everything: the beds are already made upon arrival, and towels are provided free of charge.

On the first floor, you’ll enter the cottage through a separate entrance leading to the dining room and living room, TV, and Internet, and then to a kitchen equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, a microwave, a 4-burner induction cooktop, and a fridge-freezer. Separate restroom. Upstairs, you’ll find 2 bedrooms, each with a 160x200 bed; one of them has a private bathroom with a toilet. The third bedroom features a 140x190 bed. There is a bathroom with a shower and a sink. Separate toilet.
The cottage is equipped with reversible air conditioning and a private front patio with garden furniture and a barbecue.
The cottage is set back from the D25, with its only neighbors in the distance being La Conserverie Lou Gascoun (250 m) and an agricultural cooperative with grain silos (350 m).
