'A small Botique Hotel managed by staff with big hearts who helped me in several ways to make my visit to Pristina and Kosovo in general as meaningful as possible. The Hotel is conveniently located in the city center some minutes away from Mother Teres pedestrian boulevard and Bill Clinton Boutique. Try to eat at Vapiano pasta place right in front of the hotel and Shaban Grill House by Mother Teresa Boulevard. '

'Excellent location close to shops and major landmarks in Pristina. Very accessible and walkable. The front desk reception is very welcoming and accomodating. The room was clean and spacious. The room also had a stove, cookingware, water heater. Overall I would highly recommend. I will stay here again when I come back to Pristina! '

'The staff did everything possible to correct the booking error not showing on their system. Helped arrange alternative accommodation. But our other accommodation didn't work out, so the staff here orgainsed that we could stay in a room, shared bathroom then move second night into a room with own bathroom as originally booked. Borh at a reasonable low cost. Great service'
