The Modern Villa has 3 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms. It is located in the foothills of Fairbanks above Goldstream Valley on 1 acre. The neighborhood is super quiet and peaceful.

Upstairs is the main living room, kitchen, 2 bedrooms both with cozy queen beds, a full bathroom with laundry room, and a delightful balcony with stunning views.

Downstairs offers a second living room and a bedroom with a comfortable king bed and a full bathroom.

The garage is available for 1 vehicle. There is ample space on the property for additional vehicles.

With 3 bedrooms and a second living room with space for an air mattress this home can sleep 8 comfortably.

There are two smart TVs, pinball machine, board games and a record player to keep you entertained.

The property is partially wooded with an open area to explore.

Sledding is available on the property. There are 3 sleds in the garage available for guest use.

At the end of the street is the O'Connor Ridge Trail System. Get out and explore the Alaskan wilderness right outside our doorstep.
