'A very nice little cottage, true to pictures posted. Breakfast foods provided, as well as an in-room hot tub which was wonderful after a day spent driving. The place is close to Old Louisville, but out of the way enough for a quiet night's sleep in a very comfy bed.'

'We enjoyed the property very much. It was different, unique, cozy, and suited our needs just fine. We did have quite bit of luggage with us as this was the first of 3 stops on our journey. 'We decided to stay closer to the city this time around for our trip to the bourbon trail. Dan was a great host, the location was central to everything, and we had a ridiculous time. The house was perfect for 12 guys looking to get away for a weekend. We were able to grab Bird scooters which allowed access to everything Louisville had to offer. Highly recommend this property and will definitely be back.'

'My group of 8 had an excellent time time at the house. There were ample beds for all to have their own private room and many additional beds to spare. 'Nice little house in great walkable neighborhood. Would return and would recommend. Was surprised there was no opportunity for early check in/check out. I had to pay for one whole additional day in order to check out 2 hours later. Nice fenced in back yard but absolutely no lights making it impossible to enjoy after dark; no railing on steps in back and front porch could use an additional railing as well.
