We appreciate your positive review and recognizing Atmosphere, Informative and Caring Safe environment, Location, Value, Cleanliness, Staff, Our Famous Full American HOT Breakfast Buffet, and not to forget our Beautiful Exterior Swimming pool. Hotel's Location, Location Where we are minutes away from George Mason University and 25 minutes’ drive to Washington D.C. We are off 66-Interstate Highway. City Service Cue Bus connects from our Door Steps to Metro (Vienna Station (orange line). One can take bus from Vienna Metro to NYC direct by using gobuses or bestbus. We have variety of restaurants and convenient stores walking distance including but not limited to 24 hours IHOP. Fairfax County Court House, Fairfax Hospital. We offer variety of menus of places how can deliver to your room. We can accommodate from a car parking to a commercial vehicle at no charge. You also used City Cue Bus which is at our Door steps can take you to Metro. Metro had free parking on weekends.

We couldn’t sleep through the night since we could hear the neighboring rooms and guest talking loud outside the bedrooms. The cleaning crew were extremely loud since early AM screaming across the hallways to each other asking each other questions.

Great breakfast. A clean motel. Comfy bed and clean bathroom. Efficient staff. Had a hiccup with billing - the hotel system kept charging my credit card with extra couple hundred bucks which the manager tried to reverse but the system overrode. I declined the erroneous charge through credit card company. Other than that an overall hreat stay. Will be happy to stay again.

Even though this property is in a heavily traveled area, I found it surprisingly quiet. I found it pleasant that all the rooms on the inner circle overlook a lovely pool. The parking lot needs a make-over, there are planters around trees right where you park that you can’t help but ding your doors on and the lighting could be improved. The first room I was sent to was not habitable. It had not been cleaned and the bed was a bare mattress. A call to the front desk corrected the situation very quickly. He apologized and moved me to a fresh room. The lobby area and breakfast area seem to have been remodeled and updated but the two guest rooms that I saw have not been updated and they could use a refresh. All in all, I would recommend it as an acceptable accommodation if you aren’t looking for luxury but practical.

The hotel was nice. A bit dated but all in all it was clean and a place for us to crash a couple nights while we were in the area. The breakfast was also good. The one con of the property was the fact that there was a guy that was at the front desk basically every single time we were by there that was practically harrasing the folks that worked there about police showing up at his door and they knew nothing about it. He made us feel pretty uneasy about being there around him. I feel like the employees were doing the best they knew to do but I would've thought they would've just asked him to leave instead. Being two women traveling together it was a little bit unnerving how he was behaving and it was over the course of multiple days that we saw the behavior with the employees.

Deliveries in the middle of the night due to me being in the corner where all the supplies were. Very noisy with carts coming out for cleaning at 7:30 AM. Breakfast was clean and pretty good. Service was OK but messed up on my reservation could not get in my room Sunday night Had to buy another night for Monday was not too happy
