Breakfast was sparse. This was probably okay if you were staying long term as you would probably cook your own meals, but it was inadequate for the tourist spending a night or two. Assuming this is the norm, we would never stay in any of your properties in the future.

Property stated it was a non-smoking property, and when we arrived the property smelt like smoke in the halls and throughout the property.In the parking lot there was cars with broken windows and throw-up in the parking lot.Staff was not really friendly or welcoming.Our room however did not smell like smoke but there was nail polish in out bathroom on the counter.

Amenities non existent. No hairdryer, had to ask for kitchen equipment, no inroom coffee, no outside sitting areas, room bare and very basic with no sitting area. No bathroom supplies. Towels old and thin. No in-room maid service. AC very noisy. Overall a terrible hotel. Will never stay at ESA again.

Quiet and clean. Waited at front desk for 15 minutes for check in due to staffing shortage. Parking is well fenced, lighted, and feels secure. You get what you pay for; it’s still a economy, working class room.

It was nice. Construction ongoing during our stay, but was still very quiet. Staff went out of their way to ensure we had a great stay after a small issue with the room was brought to their attention.

Wouldn't stay here again. Breakfast was a joke. The other hotels close by offer much more. My reservation was messed up and I had to call Hotels.com to get my room that I pre-Paid for.

Quick to dnr you! Not a bad hotel horrible staff
I stayed here for 3 months and I’ve encountered harassment a number of time from staff. No matter how calm and respectful you are they get short with you they cut you off I’ve witnessed them be in multiple altercations with guest and add people to ‘do not rent’ at least 4x. Never thought it would be me. I switched rooms due to a pipe under the room linking not my fault, next day they told me they would dnr me cause I trashed the room, my 1year old dropped popcorn crumbs on the way out but I had just swept the entire room (carpet). They check our room a few days after that completely invasive & uncalled for especially when my kids found stale half eaten muffin endless amount of dog food. I asked for the broom and Angela acted like she couldn’t give me one unless I rated the hotel on the website. In beginning they were so nice & understood my house hunt situation and paying day to day between 11am-3pm went over 3oclock 1-2x which was forgiven, toward the end of our stay they completely switched up. There was one issue with the payment from their end some glitch where they took my money and said they refunded but I didn’t receive called my bank no refund was processed for days. That transaction set is back given we were paid in stipends. They had no empathy given that it was there fault we still made it work paid but then all of a sudden our payments were too late (same time frame) few days later. They kicked us out and DNR us from this location and vacaville. Just trigger happy

I liked they allowed pets HOWEVER we were not told before we made the reservations an extra $25 a night per pet . The pets areas are not cleaned there is dog poop everywhere and even tough they say they give dog poop bags there were none and the trash cans were flowing over with poop bags and never emptied. The sink in the kitchen was dirty with top ramen or something and the bathroom is so dated and gross I would never take a shower in it. The kitchen is so dated and the burners on the so called stove look like they are from the turn of the century.
