OUTDOORS, you'll find the star of the home...a large shared pool and lounge deck equipped with numerous chaise lounge chairs, a dining table and chairs, and umbrellas in each area for shade. Just outside of the pool deck you'll find another private deck space featuring a gas fire pit and Adirondack chairs. The outdoor spaces were designed for you to move seamlessly from swimming in the pool to roasting marshmallows at your private firepit to lounging on your private awning-covered lounge deck overlooking the pool, which opens into the kitchen.

This device is used by Book Montrose solely for safety reasons so that we can be alerted if a smoke or carbon monoxide alarm is triggered, for example, and if violations to house rules, such as holding a party, are occurring.
