1 niveau, volledig uitgerust huis met 3 slaapkamers met comfortabele bedden gelegen op de 12e Tee op Riverside Golf Resort. Slechts 4 minuten van Fairmont Hotsprings, Ongeluksboden en wandelpaden. Dit mooie huis heeft alles te bieden voor een verfrissende vakantie. De woning is gelegen op een ruim kwart acre, omringd door een spectaculair uitzicht op de Rocky Mountains in het oosten en de Purcell Mountains in het westen. Als je wilt om te sporten, binnen een blok kunt u zich aanmelden voor een rondje golf op een van de top 5 cursussen in de Columbia Valley of neem uw rackets met u en speel een potje tennis, het maken van dit huis een ideale plek voor uw volgende vakantie. Eindig uw dag in de wereldberoemde Fairmont Hotsprings slechts 4 minuten rijden van mijn huis. De Hotsprings worden weggestopt in de hellingen van de prachtige BC Rocky Mountains en het hele jaar open. Met authentieke gerechten, golfbanen, ski-heuvels, en zoetwatermeren het maken van acres van mooie natuur, kunt u en uw gezin genieten van skiën, golfen, fietsen, vissen, wandelen, spa-behandelingen, en nog veel meer. Net toegevoegd voor 2019 zijn Roku-tv's in elke slaapkamer met Netflix geladen voor uw persoonlijke weergave.

Left Early and will NOT return

What was once a nice house has fallen into disrepair due to years of neglect and lack of maintenance. The old Cedar shack roof is in horrible shape and covered with years of pine needles, it is a fire hazard! Also, there are open wire outlets on the walls. A large heat/fan register shows evidence of a fire at one time as it is all burnt. The wooden widow castings are horribly rotting as well as the door frames. The floor is lifting and had shards sticking up, dangerous for people and pets. The blinds are in very bad shape and need replacing. I doubt this home is even up to safety code and the owner states he is in the construction business..shameful. Outside not much better with piles of debris. Not as serious but annoying as there was no paper towel, salt, soap, and other necessities that were listed. Old beds topped with cheap pieces of foam. The house is just sad from years of neglect and it feels that way. It has a odd stench to it and the dishwasher smelled awful.This is a classic take money in but put nothing back. I feel it was badly misrepresented on VRBO and by the owner. I have pictures and would love to post them to show just how much damage is in this home. A very disappointing rental indeed, but the area is nice. I am not one of the friends or family reviews obviously. Renters beware!

Beautiful house, close to the hot springs. House was very clean located close to the golf course, great for walking and overall access to the area. There could have been a few more amenities (shampoo/conditioner) but overall a great experience. Host was easy to get ahold of and check on us to ensure we had everything we needed.

Lovely home in a perfect setting.

The cozy and comfortable home is well appointed with all that you may need. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, solid furniture and a fabulous location amidst the gorgeous mountains. Wonderful, relaxing stay.

This house is a gem. It is very comfortable, beautifully decorated, and in a great neighborhood. We stayed here with our six-year old daughter and two dogs. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything you need to cook your meals. It was perfect for our mini ski vacation.

Place is ok for couples but not for a family. Fairmont hot springs is closed for anyone not staying at the property, so we didn’t go. This place needs to be cleaned more. The toilet on the guest bedroom needs to be fixed. The stay was overall just ok. I texted Darren the owner but he didn’t reply to my questions.

Pretty house, but needs regular maintenance

This house needs regular maintenance and careful cleaning. Someone needs to do a careful walkthrough. The handle on the toilet in the main bath was broken, "fixed" with a bit of tape. This should have been discovered by the cleaners. We had to remove the lid and flush manually. The carpets were very badly soiled. When we brought this to the owner's attention, they were cleaned the next day, but it never should have been rented in this condition. Empty bottles of oil, etc and crumbs in the cupboards. The BBQ had not been cleaned and was in very poor condition. Assuring us that it would be replaced after we left was not satisfactory. An earlier comment mentioned the 4 ft weeds by the front door - still there. Mouse droppings on the back porch. This house could be a wonderful place to stay, but it was a disappointment. We agree with the earlier comments. We requested a partial rebate on our rental fee due to all of the issues, large and small, but were refused this courtesy.
