We (three women, two dogs) mostly enjoyed our stay. The good: darling cabin, just as described. The beds and bedrooms were comfortable, we loved the bathrooms. The common area and deck were perfect for hanging out. There are two trails a short drive (less than 5 minutes?) Away. If you're coming from close to sea level we highly recommend starting with the short pika trail. Do not even attempt the pennsylvania mountain trail until you can do the pika trail! Both are beautiful. There are a number of great trails in the larger area. We used the app "all trails". There's parking for a camper, however it is at an incline and one of our friends had to use the inside bed because she was not able to get her camper level. The bad: the cabin is managed by a sub-par management company. We arrived to a chemical haze which resulted in nasty headaches. The coffee machine wasn't working, the deck had a broken board and there was a bloodstain on one of the beds. When we left an email, the reply suggested we get ahold of the representative. Who did not answer his phone and had a full voicemail. We tried repeatedly. And then just made do (coffee maker in the camper, aired out overnight, used our own sheets).Overall we enjoyed our stay, but the adorable cabin really deserves better management.
