'It is a lovely, secluded property that could accommodate us all. It was well-appointed, including everything one might need. Check in and check out were easy, and the host responds quickly. I specifically looked for a property with a pool and this is listed with a pool--it actually has a small cool/cold spring-fed "hole" (maybe 7'x7')--if you go in, I recommend shoes, the silt is a little unnerving. '

'This place has potential but for a couple hundred a night after taxes and cleaning fees... it's not worth it. The pictures make the room look bigger than it is. The heat didn't work and something about the shower pump needed to be replaced. Instructions seeemed complicated and we ended up not getting to shower. Also there is basically no insulation in the walls, and the ceiling boards are super thin so you will hear ever single branch or gumball that falls out the trees bounce off the roof onto...

'We stayed at Pine Hollow for a family get together and there could not have been a better place! The house is gorgeous and massive - room for everyone and all the activities. The location is a great launching point for hikes in Pisgah and easy Asheville access. Everyone is already talking about the next reunion and going back to Pine Hollow again.'

'Beautiful property hidden away in the woods. We stopped to check out Asheville on our way home from the beach and The Roost was the perfect spot to recharge for a few days. The cabin is clean, well organized and so cozy. Communication with our host was quick and easy and an informational binder answered all our questions and had some great recommendations for food, breweries and groceries. We loved it here.
