'The side door that was supposed to be locked, wasn't. The swimming pool was ok but the door into it was all messed up. The hot tub was warm but no bubbles. Staff were nice but did not keep people's voices down in the lobby until after midnight.'

'TV not operable and no working remote. Three different staff members “troubleshot” with a pile of remotes for a totally different brand TV. Heating/AC unit broken and inoperable. We’re given a completely different style room that we paid for. Site said hot tub, not one at location. Pubic hair (3 in shower, 1 on bathroom sink) and urine under toilet seat. 'Overall would recommend and would stay again. We came for a graduation at Gonzaga and looked at hotels close to the school and most were easily double the price so we stayed in Cheney. Loved the building check-in is a breeze loved it. Very clean. If I could suggest anything it would be a vanity or something for the bedrooms we all had to crowd the bathroom sink to do makeup because the rooms didn't have any place to do that. 'The staff was very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond to help me. The pool was nice but the hot tub was covered over with plywood. The room was nice and clean, the bed was very soft and comfortable but the freezer was iced over and I couldn't fit anything in it. Plus, the hallway spelt like smoke and on one of the nights, it spelt like marijuana. '
