  • Relax with the whole family or your best pals at this rare gem of an estate located just 7 miles from Old Town Temecula and wine country. We are centrally located just west of the I-15 fwy, and are within an hours drive from San Diego, Orange County (Disneyland) or the Palm Springs area. Spectacular views, fruit trees, and quiet nights await you in secluded Fallbrook, CA.

    This 6 acre family estate was constructed in the mid 1970s with the main house having a mid century modern design. As you enter through the private gate you will be welcomed by a grove of lime trees, grape vines, avocado trees and more. At the top of the drive way you are greeted by an unrivaled view of the valley. In the spacious main house you will find 3 bedrooms, 1 master and 2 other bedrooms, all with queen mattresses or larger. On top of the master bath you will find 1 more full bath as well as a half bath situated between the kitchen and laundry area. The main house also features 2 living rooms, a dining room, a full kitchen with a breakfast bar with everything you would need to cook a meal and enjoy it with your family. A private office can be found up the spiral stairs above one of the living rooms. 2 decks in the home and a bay window in the master give guest access to spectacular views. A private back yard patio and bar area make a great spot to enjoy the best weather in the world day and night.

    This listing also includes a guest suite in a separate structure on the other side of the parking area. This newly renovated space includes a king bed, kitchenette, a full bath, and also an outdoor shower. This space has its own fenced in yard to keep pets extra secure. The entire property is fenced in but we ask to have your pets on leash if you plan to explore the property outside of the guest suite yard. The barn structure located left of the garage on site is a separate listing. The property is shared but this listing has a large private patio area reserved just for the MAIN HOUSE guests.

Fantastic and peaceful place!

Our entire family absolutely loved our stay. The property is stunning with plenty of room both indoors and out. The grounds are beautiful and enjoyable both day and night. It is evident the thought and care that goes into maintaining the property and we appreciated all the wonderful details and decor. I’m usually ready to go home after a few days away but this is the first time I wished we had booked a longer stay.

Fallbrook Oasis

This property is incredibly beautiful! The fruit, flowers, birds, views, and weather were heaven on earth. The house and guest house were clean and had everything we needed. It was perfect for our extended family vacation. We didn’t want to leave! We will be back!

Family stay

This property was the perfect property for our family reunion and wedding celebration. The gardens and orchards around this very private estate added to the ambiance. It was quiet and very clean. The views from the decks are beautiful. The entire family agreed we would love to come back and enjoy this special place. Highly recommended!

A fairy tale come to life

Picture’s don’t do this home justice. There is so much to explore on the property that it’s hard to see in a couple of days. With the onset of the evening, the backyard transformed into a magical setting…if you let your imagination wander, you can catch a glimpse of Tinkerbell flying through the bushes.

Big house & lovely property

This property accommodated our large group (with dogs!) perfectly. The home has a gourmet kitchen, plenty of shared space, three comfortable bedrooms, and a loft that's set up as an office (this was handy for us as two of us were working remotely during our stay). Additionally, there's a casita studio with a fenced yard. The deck off the front of the house overlooks the valley, and provides access to some pretty stunning sunsets. The lot is gorgeous, and features vineyards, fruit trees, and enough space to be walk-able. During our stay, we got in the habit of taking a relaxing evening stroll through the vineyards. I did interact with the owner a couple times and found him to be responsive and friendly. All in, I highly recommend this beautiful, well-kept property for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
