'The wifi & the hotel internet did NOT work, no staff could help me so I was without service for all my stay, it was very frustrating But when I called the hotel for some understanding they were not cooperative'

'Terrible place to stay, hallways dirty, boxes and other rubish was scattered troughout the hotel. Firealarm was beeping loud in the room, and was hanging from the wall. The room smelled horrible. Went down to check-in and got another room. Smelled a little better but stuff was dirty, dust everywhere. Only superficial cleaning done. This was the only somewhat affordable hotel around but you better drive those extra 25 miles! Never again. '

'The room was clean and it had been recently renovated. The amenities were lacking - air conditioning didn’t work well, no hair dryer, no coffee/tea, no cups. The staff person on duty was learning a new computer system and check in took 25 minutes. We ended up getting charged twice for the room and the incidental charge was on our card 4 times.
