The front desk person tried; she got the manager; and then they called a woman who’s worked at the hotel the longest and she knew the trick to opening it. This was all at 10pm. Some places just stay old. The only drawback was singular. The bed seemed to have a large well in the center. The kind where you roll into it. I doubt by design. Slept well, though. Would stay here again.'

'Great night’s rest! Layout of suite was great- allowing all 3 kids to be in a bedroom , in beds(not sofa) for themselves. Very clean and modern. Great water pressure in shower ( with rain shower head). Definitely recommend!'

'Great old world style property with good food. We have stayed there several times with very favorable results. The room however on this trip was too small to comfortably hold two adults. Very little room between the beds and the walls and not much room to get dressed or store luggage. Just make sure you request a larger room.'
