One king bedroom with ocean view, gas fireplace, jetted tub, and TV. Two full bathrooms with new granite counters and tub/showers. Living/Dining Room has a sleeper couch, dining table, and TV. Kitchen has a full-size refrigerator, microwave, 2-burner stovetop, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, cookware, storage, etc. After enjoying the beach and/or the pool, you can take a scenic walk to several highly rated restaurants that overlook the ocean. Or drive 5 minutes to quaint downtown Falmouth, featuring a variety of exceptional restaurants, shopping, walking, etc. You can walk to the ferry to Martha's Vineyard. This unit is a third (top) floor walkup and very near the front (ocean) side of the resort. It includes 1 free parking spot. This is for a timeshare week that runs Friday-Friday (Aug. 25, 2023-Sep. 1, 2023) and must be booked for the entire week.
