'The staff was very helpful, pleasant and friendly. The breakfast offered was good and there were a lot of choices. It would have been nice if the time for Saturday & Sunday were later than 9:30, since those are the days to take life a little easier.
We love that there are three different restaurants within walking distance from the hotel.

'Stayed for 7 days. Everything was great till the last day when someone in the room next to us left their dog in the room unattended and they barked for 3 hours straight.
We even checked out an hour early just to get away from the dogs yapping'

'Close to a handful of restaurants. The breakfast was very minimal and had to be eaten in the area. Room was pretty clean. Not so much as dirty but needs to be updated a little. I think because we had small babies we were put on the top floor with people who had animals. We were unaware of the pups. Wouldn't have taken the room if i had known that. '

"Mooie plek, naast de Gateway Arch. Fijne omgeving dichtbij evenementen en winkels. Comfortabele kamer met fijne bedden en kussens. Tijdens ons verblijf waren 3 van de 4 liften voor o.a. onze verdieping buiten werking. Dit kan niet. Wachttijden enorm lang en collemliftcabines. Dit verwacht je niet bij Hyatt. Verder prima. Ontbijtbuffet kost inmiddels 24 dollar, maar is goed, vers en uitgebreid. "
