The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees. You know when you get off of a long road trip and the first thing you ca think is where is the nearest bathroom? Well me too, but just our luck I was greeted with a urine filled toilet seat… disgusting! At this point I’m honestly wondering what is next? I thought with us booking a business suite we would have gotten better treatment than this. When I went to open the fridge to put my son’s milk in there I noticed in the back of the freezer the wiring was either carotid or molded. At this point all I need is to get my son to bed and wait till morning hoping a manager would be there or contactable. That was not the case. The next morning I went down to the front desk asking for a manager and I was told very rudely that it’s the weekend and they “dont work”. Which personally I thought was strange being that it’s a hotel. So I got her number to contact on Monday. I figured I couldn’t just do nothing and let me son sleep in this again so I left a note for house keeping pointing out the issues thinking they would for sure do a check while we were gone to at least drop off new towels or take garbage. Well I assumed wrong, they didn’t.
