I would not stay here again. The room was dirty and not maintained (broken sink drain, broken curtain). Also, there were no kitchen items provided so having a kitchen was pointless.

Both the General Manager and myself take a look at each and every single comment we receive from our guests. I apologize for not having any of the kitchen items in the rooms. We do have a two-burner stove and a full-size refrigerator for your convenience as advertised. We also have paper plates, forks, bowls, spoons and knives for you to use down at the front desk. I am, however, sorry we don't have any pots and pans for you to use. We do take pride in our clean rooms. I will be looking into who cleaned your room and make sure this doesn't happen again. Your comments have been shared with the appropriate departments so that they may be addressed. I would love to discuss this further with you to get you to stay here again on your next visit. Good morning Derek,I responded to your email sent to us regarding your flight. I am sorry your flight was canceled. I do know as I travel a lot and can be frustrating. No one at the hotel can change, alter, modify or cancel any reservations booked through Expedia. This has to be dealt with through Expedia. The bad review will not reflect us as a hotel as you have the contract with Expedia. I wish I could help more. I apologize again for your canceled flight. Wouldn't Recommend MyPlace, Fargo.
Checked in at 3:30p. Was told to come back in an hour as room wasnt yet cleaned. came back at 5:30- had a 6p event. 3 ladies in lobby said they had to get cleaning cart and they personally cleaned their rooms. !! i slept on top of bed covers- my sheets didnt look like they were changed.

The rooms were not ready late in the afternoon. The room did not appear clean. It had not been vacuumed and had sand or dirt all over the floor. It looked like they had not changed bedding but only pulled it back. I was charged twice for the room and have already called multiple times with no resolution.

A mess!
I was called about a week before to see if I needed the type of room that I booked, because apparently they got over booked somehow. When we got to the hotel a lot of people in the lobby waiting for their rooms, that where not clean yet , and this was after 3:00 pm check in time. We got our room, the only real problem was our bathroom sink was plugged ,so could not really use it. The beds and pillows were good. There was no coffee in the lobby coffee makers in the morning or creamers, everthing was empty. Heard from other people that came in later that night ,they did not get there room that they payed for , the hotel gave it to someone else. I knew when we got there and the garbage can by the front doors was overflowing, looked like it had not been changed for weeks, that it was not going to be very good! The guys working were doing the best they could, I felt bad for them, but seems like management needs to do a better job!

The stay was awesome, but booking the room was terrible going through Expedia. When I booked the room, I thought I was getting two queen beds, but when I went to check in, I found out that it was only one queen bed. Tried to do a virtual chat and talked to a Mary Ann and said she was going to check into it, but never heard back from her! Even a few days later. Will never go through Expedia again!!!!

Hello Mark,All hotels were priced as high if not higher due to a concert in town. We do try and keep pricing down as much as we can but also being comparable to others in the area. You could've used that same card to purchase things in My Store. I'm not sure what happened there, but will look into it and ask my staff. I do know we have a very clean hotel. The pipes were very loud every time we turned the water on or flushed the toilet - banging in the wall. To the point that the next door guest was banging on our wall thinking we were being loud. Unpleasant! Otherwise our stay was good.

Fargo was busy for Graduation and a Concert. I booked my stay earlier in the day with Expedia knowing I'd making a trip to Fargo later in the evening. When I was about 30 minutes outside of Fargo(9:30pm), I received a message with a survey asking how check-in went. About 10 minutes later, the hotel sent me a message stating they weren't sure how Expedia could've booked the rooms because they didn't have the room I'd booked for two nights available. Oddly enough, when checking again, they now showed no vacancy on Expedia. After speaking with Expedia customer service, messaging hotel management, and being insured I wouldn't be charged, they informed me that they did still have a 2 bed room available, but that I would have to contact Expedia and have them change my reservation accordingly. After spending 45 mins attempting to even get a hold of a living, breathing person, I opted to find a different hotel entirely and had the privilege of spending the next hour searching for a hotel that wasn't a complete dump and had a vacant room. Once I arrived at my new hotel, I told them about what had happened and the gal behind the counter informed me that she used to work for Myplace and how they sold the room out from under me because I wasn't there yet and there was someone on site looking for a room. Poor managerial practice and poor customer service on the part of MyPlace, as I travel for work often, and Myplace will no longer be on the list of places I am willing to stay.

The young lady at the counter was so seet and responsive!! Hotel was very clean! The recliner was gross and worn, had to call front desk for sheets to cover it. Also, no breakfast available like ad said. Second night lots of running and door slamming in the middle of the night.
