'My experience left a lot to be desired. I booked this hotel to spend the last night of our trip in Albania and celebrate my partner's birthday. It is advertised as a "spa" hotel, but neither Expedia nor the hotel website mention that the water facilities are seasonal and only open in the summer. Visiting in April, the included "spa" experience was limited to a single sauna.
While one receptionist was very kind, the rest of the staff was unhelpful. Our AC didn't work, and we were told "nothing...

'My family and I loved the apartment. It is brand new, clean, modern and extremely well kept. 100% recommended. We could see a beautiful sunset from the sofa in the living room. Amazing. '

'This hotel is on a quieter location in golem, although this means it’s also very close to the motorway. My room faced the motorway and if I had my balcony door open it was loud however once the door was closed the noise disappeared.
The room was extremely comfortable and did look like the photos on Expedia. The hotel also had a small pool and around 5 sun loungers. The pool and sun loungers were in the shade for long periods of the day but between midday and 3pm the pool got the sun (I stayed...

'The owner was GREAT!!!!!!! He was so nice , we had a few day trips planned so we had to meet the Tour Bus before 6:00am before breakfast started. Each day he woke up to make me and my wife sandwhiches gave us fruit and water for or bus ride. He and the staff at the hotel are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! and treat you like their family which was great. 'Nerium Garden Inn is a perfect place to stay for the end of our wonderful trip. The entire building including the rooms were very clean and modern sleek. The staff was really so helpful with everything - even getting us to the airport at 4:00 in the morning for our early flight.
